Job Summary
We are looking for a mature, smart, and experienced Maintenance / Utility Engineer to handle Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of utility systems such as Boilers, STP, ETP, WTP, Chilling Plants, etc. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance operations in food or chemical manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Preventive, Corrective, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
Maintain and operate Boilers, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and Chilling Plants
Monitor and maintain Hydraulic systems, Mechanical Presses, Material Handling equipment.
Conduct Breakdown Analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure plant equipment achieves targets for MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Prepare and follow Maintenance Schedules and Maintenance Planning activities.
Support utility management to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and reports.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
