✔️ Diagnose mechanical & electrical faults and fix issues immediately to avoid downtime.
✔️ Attend machine breakdowns and solve issues quickly.
✔️ Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.
✔️ Check plant wiring, lighting & safety switchgear regularly.
✔️ Lubrication, alignment, calibration & daily machine health checks.
✔️ Maintain breakdown logbook, PM records, and spare part usage register.
✔️ Support the production team to reduce machine downtime.
✔️ Attention to detail and accuracy
