About

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Coordination:
Schedule, assign, and track maintenance tasks using
Facil-IT (CMMS software)
—training provided.
Vendor & Technician Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance staff and third-party service providers.
Work Order Management:
Prioritize and dispatch work orders efficiently to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
Assist in planning and executing routine checks to avoid equipment failures.
Communication Hub:
Relay updates between field teams, management, and tenants/clients.
Quality Control:
Ensure all maintenance work meets safety, compliance, and company standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain logs of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Required Qualifications

0-6 months of experience in any field.
Fluent in English
(written & spoken).
No Precise Tech Skills
but comfortable learning
Facil-IT/CMMS
—training provided.
Strong Organizational & Time Management
abilities.
Problem-Solving Attitude
with keen attention to detail.
Adaptability
to rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
Education
: Any Degree or Equivalent (if no degree, you will be judged on how you present yourself).
