This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our USA-based staff and service providers, implement and manage programs that contribute to our growth, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. Position Overview: As the HR Manager, you will play a dual role in driving our marketing efforts and managing our HR functions. You will work from our comfortable and conveniently located Bangalore office, during the evening shift (16:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST), five days a week. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is eager to contribute to a leading New York City firm while working in a vibrant, innovative and growing office in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees by addressing concerns related to workplace culture, employment issues, and company policies. Drive employee engagement by recommending recognition initiatives and communicating company benefits and values effectively. Lead and improve onboarding and company-wide training programs, including orientation on company culture, processes, and expectations across departments. Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment support, performance management, compensation planning, and compliance. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding formalities with professionalism and sensitivity. Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with both U.S. and Indian labor laws. Support U.S. benefits administration, including 401(k) compliance, health insurance enrollment, and related changes. Manage immigration-related processes including documentation for H-1B and other visa categories. Handle grievance resolution processes and ensure a respectful, legally compliant work environment. Maintain HRIS records and leverage technology for data-driven HR decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred. Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or cross-border organization. Demonstrated experience in employee training and development, including designing and delivering company-wide orientation or culture-building sessions. Strong understanding of U.S. and Indian labor laws, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements. Experience handling HR operations in both India and the U.S. is highly desirable.
