Role Overview: You will be a member of an agile squad, responsible for implementing new features and enabling capabilities using modern software engineering tools and practices. You will adhere to practices and standards set by communities of practice and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include implementing new features while maintaining the overall quality of software, documenting and sharing technical knowledge, participating in code reviews, and remaining current on relevant technology trends. Additionally, you will participate in researching and resolving customer issues and perform other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages - Conduct software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, and software review - Implement full lifecycle application development - Perform software testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning - Integrate software with existing systems and maintain documentation - Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation - Ensure standards compliance and implement localization or globalization of software Qualifications Required: - Experience of 5+ years in database design and ETL - Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM - Knowledge of Card processing solutions (TSYS, Mastercard) is a plus - Familiarity with SAS knowledge and Switchboard/DBT/Snowflake - Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline Additional Details of the Company: The company values accountability and responsibility for risk, promoting a culture of exchanging ideas and opinions.
