Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the machine tools division.
  • Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Implement process improvements, Lean Manufacturing, and automation practices.
  • Optimize resources to ensure cost-effective and timely production.
  • Generate and present production reports and operational improvement plans to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
  • 8–12 years of experience in machine tool operations or production management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project execution skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC, Lathe, Milling, Drilling, and Grinding machines.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP / Production Planning software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
