Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in BE Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a machine shop environment.
• Good understanding of machining processes, shop floor operations, and manpower management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision: Oversee daily operations on the shop floor ensuring smooth production flow.
• Manpower Handling: Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production schedules.
• Machine Utilization: Monitor machine availability, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Material Handling: Coordinate part movement from inward to dispatch including deburring/finishing sections.
• Process Monitoring: Ensure adherence to routing sheets, SOPs, and production priorities.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Daily production and attendance reports.
• ERP entries for job tracking and completion.
• Maintain routing sheets, work orders, and job cards.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure parts are machined as per drawing, maintain process discipline, and enforce shop floor safety standards.
• 5S & ISO Activities: Implement and maintain 5S, support ISO audits and documentation requirements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of machining operations (Turning, Milling, VMC/HMC).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ISO standards, and shop floor practices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and production documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
