Key Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical equipment used in adhesive production, including pumps, mixers, reactors, and conveying systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Performing preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan and maintain safety standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Implementing improvements and modifications to mechanical systems to enhance reliability and performance.
Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of work performed.
