Machine Learning Engineer

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15-25 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify use cases for machine learning and AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Model Monitoring & Improvement:
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, and retraining strategies.
• Continuously enhance model accuracy, robustness, and interpretability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in algorithms, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-driven product development and practical implementation strategies.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing platforms (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced product or startup environment.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models
