We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and improve ML-based vision systems for industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain datasets for training computer vision models
- Train and optimize object detection models for various use cases
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new projects
- Oversee the annotation team to ensure data quality and consistency
- Analyze model performance and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in computer vision or machine learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch and YOLO-based architectures
- Understanding of training parameters: learning rate, batch size, augmentation, hyperparameter tuning
- Experience with dataset management and annotation workflows
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination
-Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work hands-on in a fast-paced startup setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning)
- Familiarity with ONNX export and inference runtimes
