Role Overview

As the Luxury Sales & Brand Collaboration lead at Novella, your job is to drive high-value client acquisition and elevate brand presence through powerful collaborations. You’ll be at the frontline—pitching to HNI clients, building long-term partnerships with top wedding planners, fashion houses, and luxury venues, and turning every handshake into revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is part-salesperson, part-brand strategist, and full-time luxury enthusiast. You should thrive in high-energy environments, love building meaningful relationships, and understand how to sell aspiration as much as services.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Pitch Novella’s wedding photography and planning services to HNI clients, planners, stylists, and agencies.
  • Convert inbound and referral leads with strategic storytelling and impeccable follow-up.
  • Represent Novella in high-touch interactions: wedding shows, expos, industry events, and private meetings.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Build strategic collaborations with top wedding venues, couture designers, luxury hospitality brands, and planners.
  • Work with influencers, bridal bloggers, and curated platforms to generate organic brand traction and leads.
  • Explore B2B and B2C alliances that elevate Novella’s brand equity and drive new client acquisition.

Lead Management & Revenue Growth

  • Manage and optimize a CRM pipeline — track leads, conversions, funnel stages, and revenue potential.
  • Co-design marketing campaigns and sales activations with the creative and social media teams.
  • Set and meet ambitious monthly targets for bookings, partnership value, and strategic brand visibility.

Brand Evangelism

  • Be a face of the brand both online and offline — whether at weddings, client meetings, or digital collabs.
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects Novella’s minimalist yet luxurious DNA.

You’re Right for This Role If You…

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in luxury sales, wedding/hospitality industry, or high-end client management.
  • Can build relationships with HNIs, planners, influencers, and collaborators effortlessly.
  • Are articulate, presentable, and emotionally intelligent — a people person with strategic sharpness.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with dynamic timelines.
  • Are results-driven and numbers-focused, yet brand-conscious.
  • Understand how to pitch a premium brand without discounting its value.
  • Are open to travel across India for events, collaborations, and sales closures.
