Job Description

Luxury Car Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage high-net-worth customers with a premium, personalized sales approach
Understand customer lifestyle, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable luxury vehicles
Conduct professional product presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for luxury vehicles, accessories, and finance products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
Handle complete sales cycle including enquiry handling, negotiation, booking, documentation, and delivery
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for seamless vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer follow-ups, and sales pipeline tracking
Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and luxury automotive trends
Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership processes
