You will be the face of Novella across the luxury wedding ecosystem, cultivating powerful collaborations and bringing in high-value clientele. Think: influencers, wedding planners, top venues, stylists, luxury brands, designers, and the most elite events in India (and beyond).

Key Responsibilities

• Build strategic collaborations with luxury wedding venues, planners, designers, and influencers
• Represent Novella at wedding events, private previews, industry gatherings, and premium exhibitions
• Actively generate leads through intelligent networking, storytelling, and relationship-building
• Serve as a high-touch brand representative for HNI/UHNI clientele
• Work closely with the internal creative and sales teams to align messaging with brand ethos
• Travel as needed for events, meetings, and collaborations across India and internationally

Who You Are

• You have 3–7 years of experience in luxury events, sales, brand partnerships, PR, or communication
• You carry yourself with

  confidence, charm, and emotional intelligence

• You’re a natural storyteller — elegant in language, clear in vision, and persuasive in your communication
• You’re deeply fascinated by

  weddings, fashion, travel, and luxury culture

• You’re comfortable with flexible schedules, high-profile interactions, and dynamic environments
• You have a strong aesthetic sense and an intuitive understanding of luxury clients
• You're open to

  frequent travel

  and are based (or willing to relocate) to

  South Delhi (GK1)
