Lubricant Sales Manager- Retail Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  retail sales strategy

  for lubricants in the construction equipment segment.
• Identify and appoint

  retailers

  in target territories.
• Drive

  primary and secondary sales

  through effective planning and channel management.
• Conduct regular market visits to

  monitor competitor activities

  and gather market intelligence.
• Plan and execute

  trade promotions, branding activities, and product training

  for channel partners.
• Ensure high levels of

  retailer satisfaction and service delivery

  .
• Maintain

  inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order management

  .
• Coordinate with the

  supply chain, marketing, and technical teams

  for timely support.
• Monitor and ensure

  achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  .
• Generate and analyze

  MIS reports, sales trends, and customer feedback

  .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering

  , or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Minimum

  4–7 years

  of relevant sales experience in

  Retail channel

  lubricants, automotive, or construction equipment

  industry.
• Strong

  retail/channel sales

  knowledge and proven track record of

  territory development

• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Ability to work independently with high

  result orientation

• Proficient in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint
