Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for the position of LOS Application Support (L1). The role involves providing first-level technical support for the Loan Origination System (LOS) application, ensuring smooth functioning and timely resolution of user issues. The candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for application incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for the LOS application to resolve user queries and issues.
  • Monitor LOS application performance and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Log, track, and close incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for advanced issue resolution.
  • Support users with basic application navigation and configuration.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in application or technical support (preferably LOS).
  • Basic understanding of loan origination workflows.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
