Job Summary

HR Recruiters

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various open positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals).
Perform
bulk hiring / volume hiring
for entry-level and support roles.
Screen resumes, evaluate candidate skills, and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and deadlines.
Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Required Skills

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Good understanding of recruitment cycles and processes.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
environment and handle bulk hiring.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of candidates.

Eligibility

Freshers
or
candidates with up to 1 year of experience
in HR recruitment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willing to relocate to Chennai (if not local)
