JD for E commerce Executive

• Person should have sound knowledge of the e-commerce industry and should be technically well versed with the portals of (E-co Platforms).
• In-depth knowledge of MS excels - lookup, pivot tables, etc.

PO Execution & Fill Rate tracking:

• Coordinating with the regional Operation team for planning & executing shipments and ensuring stocks are available across platforms as per demand.
• Co-ordinating with accounts of different marketplaces for resolving account level issues on a regular basis and managing escalations from channels related to order fulfillment and listings
• Booking appointments across online platforms and ensuring end-to-end delivery with products going live
• RTV coordination post approvals

Content & Hygiene Management:

• Catalogue quality: Ensuring listings are live over e-commerce platforms as required by brand and doing regular quality checks on pricing, assortments, Ads Executions and escalate the discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Internal cross functional teams for creatives, content, Images, NPD listing details

Trackers & Reports:

• Accurate data management & timely sharing of required trackers & reports.

Commercial Hygiene & Payments:

• To reconcile All Payables / Receivables as per payment terms with accounts in coordination with KAM.

Additional Requirements:

• Person should have strong analytical skills to draw inferences from data and then execute them
• Good communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, fluent English speaking and writing
• Prior experience with E-com cloud tail would be beneficial.
