Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager (CEO) for a jewelry outlet located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the store, develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff performance. They will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, monitoring inventory, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective marketing and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives. Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and providing financial and operational reports will also be key responsibilities.
