Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a focus on overseas education. The BDM will be responsible for business development, B2B sales, agent recruitment, and promoting abroad education services. The role involves identifying and recruiting new agents, building relationships with educational institutions and partners, and developing strategies to grow the business. This position is on-site and located in Kochi, Kerala.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development and B2B Sales
• Skills in Agent Recruitment and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of the Overseas Education sector and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
