• Alpha generation

  : Deploy and refine trading strategies (quantitative, technical, fundamental, thematic, or hybrid) to consistently deliver

• Quantitative / Market Neutral

  :

Strong background in statistical modeling, factor research, and systematic trading.

Experience in market-neutral and relative value strategies.

• Technical / Discretionary

  :

Proficiency in charting, trend analysis, and short-term market timing.

Proven success in managing directional long/short portfolios.

• Fundamental / Thematic

  :

Deep research capability across industries and sectors.

Ability to identify structural long-term themes and asymmetric opportunities.

• Risk Management

  :

Implement disciplined risk controls, hedging strategies, and position sizing.

Adjust portfolio exposures dynamically to market conditions.

• Performance Tracking

  :

P&L alongside risk metrics (e.g., Sharpe, Sortino, drawdown profile)

Continuously refine strategies through post-trade and factor analysis.

• Collaboration

  :

Work with the broader team to share insights, co-develop strategies, and leverage the firm’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable

  track record of generating strong risk-adjusted returns

  while profitably running a trading book (individually or at a fund/prop desk).
• Degree in engineering, CA, CFA, MBA, or a graduate degree in finance, economics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory for strong performers).
• Strong analytical and research skills across

  fundamental, quantitative, or technical domains
