About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with strong communication skills and prior experience in freight forwarding. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting them into opportunities, and engaging with potential customers via phone, chat, and email.

This is a work-from-office role based in Noida, India — ideal for someone who thrives on live customer interaction, has a sharp sales instinct, and understands the nuances of the logistics and freight industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, live chat, and email

· Qualify prospects and understand their freight or fulfillment needs

· Build strong rapport with customers by offering tailored solutions

· Prepare and follow up on quotations and shipping proposals

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and onboarding

· Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in CRM (e.g., Zoho)

· Proactively follow up with prospects to drive conversions

· Meet weekly/monthly targets for deals closed and leads handled

Required Skills & Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer-facing roles

· Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is strongly preferred

· Excellent communication skills — verbal and written

· Strong calling skills with the ability to handle high call volume

· Comfortable managing live chat and email communication with multiple clients

· Solid understanding of domestic and international shipping processes

· Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

· Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations in a fast-paced environment

· Freight knowledge across Air, Ocean, and LTL/FTL Trucking
