Role: Logistics & Warehouse Officer

Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru.

Department: Logistics

Reports to: Logistics/ Supply Chain Head

Travel: Within the city.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Route Planning

• Plan and manage daily routes for pickups from Food Business Operators (FBOs).
• Arrange same-day pickups when feasible and inform vendors proactively in case of delays.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Communicate with vehicle drivers to confirm schedules and track collection status.

Operations & Systems

• Update daily collections in the ERP system / UCO App.
• Prepare reports and maintain accuracy in records.
• Track and monitor daily route plans for efficiency and service quality.

Customer & Vendor Communication

• Respond to inquiries from FBOs and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong working relationships.

Warehouse & Inventory

• Support smooth warehouse operations including record-keeping and inventory updates.
• Assist in maintaining proper standards of quality and compliance during UCO handling.

Education:

Graduation / bachelors degree (any stream).

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Logistics / Operations / Customer Service.

• Exposure to ERP systems or apps for data entry and reporting is desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and local languages.

• Problem-solving and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and ERP systems.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
