Key Responsibilities: Develop and scale up new food products & formulations(confectionery, Wafers, KitKat) . Identify alternative raw materials to meet target cost & quality. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other statutory standards. Lead sensory evaluation and maintain product quality. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for NPD success. What Were Looking For: B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology 4+ years of experience in FMCG / Food manufacturing specially in wafer sticks & chocolate product R&D (with 2+ years in R&D). Strong understanding of FSMS, product formulation, and innovation processes. Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
