Logistics Tutor

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Logistics Tutor to conduct both online and offline classes for students enrolled in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, inventory, and transportation courses. The tutor will be responsible for delivering lessons, guiding students through practical applications, and ensuring high-quality academic outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

• Conduct structured online and offline classes as per the academic timetable.
• Teach core logistics and supply chain subjects including:
• Warehousing operations
• Inventory management
• Transportation & distribution
• Procurement & supply chain fundamentals
• Import–export basics
• Logistics documentation
• Material handling and safety
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and training materials.
• Deliver practical and industry-based examples to improve student understanding.

Student Support & Assessment

• Clarify student doubts during and outside class hours.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical activities.
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and academic reports.
• Provide mentoring, career guidance, and support for job readiness if required.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Update content regularly to include industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in preparing practical modules, mock scenarios, and job-based tasks.

Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with academic team for scheduling, exams, and student updates.
• Ensure discipline, engagement, and quality in both classroom and virtual sessions.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and institutional events.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics industry or teaching/training.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory flow, documentation, and supply chain processes.
• Good communication skills in English (and Malayalam, if required).
• Ability to teach using digital tools (Google Meet/Zoom) for online sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.

Work Mode

• Online Classes: Through Zoom/Google Meet/Institution LMS.
• Offline Classes: At the institution’s training center as per schedule.
• Part-time or full-time positions available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
