Job Description

The Logistics Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of logistics and supply chain activities. This position is responsible for analyzing logistics data, monitoring shipment movements, resolving disputes, and supporting continuous process improvement. The role provides critical insights that support planning, performance monitoring, and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Analyze logistics data to track operational performance and identify inefficiencies or trends. Reconcile weight disputes between shipment data and carrier reports, ensuring accurate billing and resolution of discrepancies. Manage and ensure timely shipment pendency closures by following up on delayed or incomplete shipments and coordinating with internal and external teams. Oversee first mile handling activities, ensuring proper documentation, carrier coordination, and timely dispatch of goods from origin points. Collaborate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address exceptions and delivery issues. Generate regular reports and dashboards on logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, and cost metrics. Maintain data accuracy in logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and support process audits. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
