Job Title: Logistics Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing Company: Deva Steels Job Location: Coimbatore Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient movement of goods, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics personnel. Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations such as transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules. Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or transportation discrepancies. Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align logistics with business needs. Ensure accurate inventory management and oversee stock movements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools. Good problem-solving and communication abilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
