Efficient & on-time Van Loading · Ensure that 100% accuracy in counting Van closing inventory · Ensure 100% accuracy in Van Loading as per Van Load Guide 2. Maintain Inventory Accuracy · Ensure >99% IRA 3. Track & reduce Product damage · Track Product Damages · Ensure Product Damages are within norms 4. Maintain Warehouse quality Ensure >85% QAKEA 5. Ensure efficient Transportation · Ensure 100% Van availability · Track Delivery cost ONLY FOR MALE.
