Job Description

Responsibilities:

To take note of all day dispatches from Admin In charge and plan for palletizing accordingly.
Inform time to time to concerned plant In Charge for about production planning and other details as packing Batch Quantity.
Ensure Packing and palletizing is strictly as per SOP checklist and material dispatched as per dispatch checklist
Ensure FG stock are properly placed in FG Godown and FG Godown are locked properly after working hours.
Prepare Export /Domestic invoices for all dispatches as per SO/ Dispatch checklist
Arrange for loading of FG to container / Other Vehicle and ensure that container is stuffed as per approved stuffing plan.
Arrange for authentication of Export invoice from Excise Official
Make monthly stores MIS report as required by management.
Any other jobs assigned by management from time to time.
Ensure timely dispatch of FG.
Facilitate EHS Management of his operation area.

Required Skills:

Good Presentation skill.
Good exposure to planning and organizing skill and must be target oriented.
Experience in Export is a must.
Able to take decisions independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of computer literacy.
