Warehouse Helpers are those who work with DLO inside the warehouse and are responsible for storage of stocks, proper accounting of stocks and pick the stocks as per the system generated pick list and on the basis of DLO’s order. They are also responsible for overall House keeping activity. So following are the R&R of a W/h helper into the distributor’s organization: 1. Counting of stocks at the time of receiving it. 2. Sku wise storage of stocks by maintaining stack height norms. 3. Helps the DLO while they take physical counting of stocks for IRA. 4. Picking of stocks and issue the same as per DLO’s order for supply to the market. 5. When SRNs are taken by DLO during evening, W/h helpers need to count the same with 100% accuracy. 6. Everyday House keeping and Pest Control activities are to be done.
