Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:

Overseeing the entire supply chain process, from costing, procurement to delivery and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Coordinating with Courier Companies, having good idea of documentation required for bringing in samples within TAT and concluding cost effective deals with Courier Companies.

• Planning & Coordination:

Developing and implementing logistics plans, coordinating transportation, delivery and distribution activities.

• Inventory Management:

Managing inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of goods, and minimizing costs.

• Transportation Management:

Selecting and managing transportation modes, negotiating rates and tracking shipments.

• Cost Optimization:

Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures in logistics/ courier operations without compromising service quality.

• Performance Measurement:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Team management:

Leading and motivating a team of sampling professionals, providing guidance and support and executing deliverables within TAT.

• Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving logistical challenges, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Supplier Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.

• Communication:

Interacting with various stakeholders, including internal departments, Sampling Team, suppliers, and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
