Logistics Manager

As a Warehouse Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the central and sub warehouses, ensuring inventory optimization, order fulfilment, process compliance, inbound and outbound distribution planning, route planning, quality checks, and overall warehouse activities at the project site. Your role will involve guaranteeing adherence to QHSE requirements and upholding procedural integrity in all store activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse at the project site level. - Direct and oversee all warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain procedural integrity and discipline in warehouse activities. - Coordinate with the Project Manager and branches for delivery requirements. - Ensure timely receiving, organization, and maintenance of stock items. - Update and manage the Inventory system accurately. - Adhere to warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. - Receive and inspect incoming material orders, manage returns, and ensure compliance with procedures. - Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies related to warehouse activities. - Determine proper storage methods and stock location based on company procedures. - Schedule and conduct inventory audits regularly. - Coordinate with SCM Manager and procurement/logistics teams for timely completion of orders. - Ensure proper warehouse safety training for personnel and visitors. - Facilitate communication with clients for smooth material handling and delivery. - Monitor and report Group's warehouse KPIs to the project team on a monthly basis. - Ability to manage 10-15 employees. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare industry is preferred. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in logistics software and systems, warehouse management systems (WMS). - In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices. - Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving strategic objectives.,
