Logistics Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation and delivery operations at our Bhiwandi warehouse. As the Logistics Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing daily dispatches, coordinating with transporters and 3PL partners, ensuring on-time deliveries, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with transporters, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing freight costs, managing MIS reporting, delivery performance, and transporter negotiations. You will also be required to collaborate effectively with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field and possess at least 5-10 years of experience in logistics/transportation, preferably in the FMCG/food distribution industry. A strong understanding of the Bhiwandi transport ecosystem and local transporter network is crucial, along with proficiency in MS Excel/ERP/TMS and excellent coordination skills.
