Logistics Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations including transportation, fleet deployment, scheduling, and delivery of waste and materials.
• Oversee inbound and outbound movement of goods ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop logistics plans and schedules aligned with business goals (e.g., waste pickup, deliveries to processing facilities).

Fleet & Transportation Management

• Manage the company vehicle fleet: maintenance, documentation (RC, insurance, PUCC), GPS tracking, safety compliance, and driver performance.
• Liaise with drivers and contractors to ensure efficient pick-ups and deliveries. Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with transport vendors and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and service quality to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Team Management

• Supervise logistics team members (e.g., supervisors, drivers) including training, performance review, and daily task allocation.
• Promote a safety-driven culture and enforce standards across logistics operations.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all logistics and transportation activities comply with relevant laws and environmental regulations.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and increase service levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
