Logistics Lead

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dispatch operations, team coordination, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in both

  Kerala and Bangalore

  locations.
• Supervise and coordinate with

  Logistics In-charges

  and warehouse teams.
• Monitor dispatch processes, packaging accuracy, and shipment timelines.
• Plan and optimize logistics routes, pickup schedules, and courier coordination.
• Maintain inventory control, tracking systems, and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with the management team to improve logistics efficiency and reduce RTOs (Return to Origin).
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain warehouse safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and share regular logistics performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in

  Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum

  2–4 years of experience

  in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  and experience with courier or dispatch software (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be willing to

  travel occasionally

  between Kerala and Karnataka warehouses.
