Logistics Executive

Job Description: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the logistics industry. You should be proficient in Hindi and English and have the ability to work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Additionally, owning a mobile phone and a 2-wheeler is necessary for this role. You possess excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, disciplined, and have a strong work ethic. Your adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Shipment Coordination: - Oversee the entire shipment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. - Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors for arranging shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring on-time deliveries. - Track and monitor shipments in real-time, promptly resolving any delays or issues. - Documentation and Compliance: - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation, customs forms, and invoices. - Stay updated with local regulations and compliance standards in logistics and cargo. - Customer Service & Relationship Management: - Communicate directly with clients to provide shipment status updates and address any concerns or special requirements. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure operational smoothness and high customer satisfaction levels. - Process Optimization: - Regularly review operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. - Proactively address potential operational bottlenecks to maintain efficient and cost-effective flow of goods.
