Location: Hyderabad (on-site) Department: Operations & Logistics Ensure every order is dispatched on time, delivered on time, and any exceptions (NDR/RTO/damage) are resolved fast. You will coordinate between customers, courier partners, warehouse, and the CX team to keep logistics smooth and measurable. Roles & Responsibilities: Order Processing & Dispatch: Verify orders (payment/COD, address, packing notes), create/print labels, schedule pickups, hand over within SLA, and ensure D+0/D+1 dispatch with a daily MIS. NDR Ownership: Work the daily NDR queue—call/WhatsApp customers to confirm address/slot/COD, trigger reattempts/holds/cancellations, and close >95% within 24 hours. RTO Reduction: Analyze weekly RTO reasons and run preventives (address validation, COD confirmation, packaging checks) to keep RTO within targets. End-to-End Tracking: Monitor all in-transit shipments, proactively escalate delays with partners, and drive high first-attempt delivery rates (FADR). Exceptions & Claims: Handle damage/loss cases, retrieve/verify PODs, file and follow through on claims to closure; arrange reverse pickups and coordinate QC for returns/exchanges. Courier Coordination: Liaise with Delhivery/Blue Dart/XpressBees/Shiprocket on pickups, serviceability, zone mapping, rates, and SLA adherence. Warehouse Sync: Ensure pick/pack accuracy, packaging standards, and inventory holds; reconcile shipped vs. received and investigate variances. Documentation & Compliance: Generate e-invoices/e-way bills as needed; maintain complete trackers, PODs, and claim documentation with strong data hygiene. Reporting & Communication: Publish daily/weekly dashboards (OTD, FADR, NDR closure, RTO%, claim TAT, cost/ship), share insights/corrective actions, and send WISMO/attempt/confirmation updates via WhatsApp/SMS/email. Qualifications 1–3 years in logistics/operations (preferably e-commerce/D2C). Strong coordination & follow-through; fluent in English + Telugu/Hindi . Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic charts). Hands-on with Shiprocket/Delhivery/XpressBees portals , order systems (Shopify/WooCommerce), ticketing/WhatsApp tools. Detail-oriented, numbers-driven, comfortable with daily calling to close NDRs.
