Role Overview

First Mile Logistics Executive


Key Responsibilities


·

on-time pickup

courier partners

system dashboards and logistics portals

resolve any first- mile delays or exceptions

· Maintain daily reports of pickup performance, delay reasons, and escalation status.

RTO inbound processes


Required Qualifications

  • Graduation/MBA , Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of first-mile operations and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of 3PL coordination and transport management systems (TMS).
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
