Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and coordinate
inbound and outbound logistics
for raw materials and finished goods.
Manage
transportation, dispatch scheduling, and route planning
to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of
dispatches, challans, e-way bills, and logistics documentation
.
Liaise with
transporters, warehouse, sales teams, and customers
for smooth operations.
Track shipments and resolve
delays, damages, or discrepancies
proactively.
Ensure compliance with
food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
during transportation.
Monitor
freight costs
, negotiate with transporters, and support
cost optimization initiatives
.
Provide regular
status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate
24 years experience in
logistics, dispatch, or supply chain
(FMCG/food industry preferred).
Knowledge of
MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and e-way bill system
.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
