Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics & Dispatch Executive (Fresher) to support our dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in logistics, dispatch, and supply chain operations and experienced as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product readiness before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, vehicle details, and transporters.
• Track shipments and update delivery status in dispatch logs or ERP systems.
• Communicate with transporters and drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Support in optimizing truck loading efficiency and route planning.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and safety norms.
• Handle basic documentation for e-way bills, transport permits, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
• Assist in resolving any issues related to delays, shortages, or damage during transit.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics operations (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
