Job Title: Logistics & Dispatch Executive Location: Chinniyampalayam, Coimbatore Company: Stylcove Modulars Private Limited Department: Operations Reports To: Logistics / Operations Manager Job Summary: Responsible for planning and managing the dispatch of modular interior components (kitchens, wardrobes, workstations) to client sites. Ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, safe handling, and coordination with production, transport, and site teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules based on production readiness. Arrange transport and manage logistics vendors. Prepare delivery documents: invoices, challans, packing lists, e-way bills. Track shipments and update project teams and clients. Ensure secure packaging and safe loading of modular units. Maintain dispatch logs and update basic inventory records. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in modular interiors or furniture. Good understanding of handling modular wooden/MDF components. Strong coordination, communication, and MS Excel skills. Familiarity with dispatch, transport operations, and inventory basics.
