Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Night Shift in Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding order status, shipping, and returns
  • Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues and expedite orders
  • Track shipments and update customers on delivery timelines
  • Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist in improving fulfillment workflows based on customer feedback


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order tracking software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Additional Skills

    • Experience in e-commerce or logistics
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems
