Logistics Coordinator
About the Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all logistics activities related to the movement, storge and documentation of marine materials, spare parts, equipment and finished products. You will be the key point of contact between suppliers, freight agents and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and support the project execution and delivery. This role ensures timely, accurate and cost effective transportation and delivery in alignment with the company’s operation and project requirements.
Responsibilities
Handling and preparing the shipping documentation based on Incoterms
Need to go through the check list and approve for generation of Shipping Bill / BOE.
Need to go through the BL draft for filing the Final BL.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistic, accounts and customer service for smooth order processing.
Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and redirect them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Coordinate with Production and quality department for the dimension / Size for the preparation of Shipping bill.
Tracking the shipment & monitoring the daily status of the Vessel.
Preparation of documents for Advance license / NOC for import clearance of critical items.
Maintaining the records of import and export documents both hard and soft copies such as HBL, MBl, Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing list, BOE etc.
Must Have
3+ years of experience as Sales Support Officer.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proficiency in MS office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Capable to equip in IFS activity after training.
Read simple drawings to determine the Size of the cargo.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrates ownership and proactiveness.
