Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator for IT hardware, your role will involve coordinating inbound and outbound logistics for laptops, desktops, printers, and parts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival and dispatch of items. - Maintaining accurate inventory of stock, spare parts, and returned/repaired items. - Liaising with service teams to ensure required equipment or parts are available on time. - Handling documentation related to logistics including delivery notes and invoices. - Communicating with courier partners and transport vendors for smooth logistics operations. - Assisting in return logistics for defective or warranty items. - Preparing regular reports on inventory levels and delivery status. - Coordinating with the head office for inter-branch stock transfers. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, preferably in IT hardware or electronics. Please note that this is a full-time position with a remote work location.,
