Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide prompt, effective technical support. Install, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and printer systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, including printer malfunctions and network printing problems. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various printer types . Manage printer driver installations, firmware updates, and connectivity issues. Deliver on-site technical assistance and implement tailored solutions for clients, including printer fleet management and setup. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and ensure availability of spare parts.. Maintain detailed and accurate service records and reports.
