Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage Daily Shipments: Plan, schedule, and monitor daily pickup and delivery operations. Use of Courier Panels: Generate labels, schedule pickups, and track shipments using Delhivery and DTDC panels. Monitor real-time status updates and resolve exceptions (RTO, delays, etc.). Inventory Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Escalation Handling: Coordinate with courier partners for lost/damaged shipments and claim settlements. Data & Reporting: Maintain shipment records, prepare MIS reports, and analyze logistics performance (TAT, RTO %). Cost Optimization: Review freight costs and suggest cost-saving opportunities. Team Management: Supervise logistics associates/executives and ensure process compliance.
