Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing & Logistics Executive (Fresher) to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage billing for Goods Transport Agency (GTA) services
• Work with MS Excel to record and maintain billing data and transaction details
• Handle daily transportation documentation and operations tasks
• Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch and delivery updates
• Assist in basic customer communication related to billing and transport status
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices
• Maintain organized records of bills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and reports

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Interest in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Good communication and data entry skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Freshers are welcome – No prior experience needed
• Knowledge of billing is a plus (but not mandatory – training will be provided)
