We are looking for a reliable and efficient Logistic Coordinator to join our team, ensuring smooth and speedy delivery of orders by coordinating with delivery partners, vendors, and clients. Job Responsibilities: Order Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customized boxes to clients. Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper scheduling and execution of deliveries. Address any issues that may arise during the process to ensure smooth operations. Delivery Partner Coordination: Collaborate with delivery partners to confirm delivery schedules, resolve any delays or issues, and ensure timely deliveries. Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding their orders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to delivery. Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of all ongoing orders, track shipments, and ensure the timely arrival of goods at the destination. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or complications that may occur to ensure minimal disruption to deliveries. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and vendor interactions. Ensure all paperwork related to logistics and shipments is complete and up to date. Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (sales, customer service, and warehouse) to ensure smooth operations from order processing to delivery. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordination with vendors, clients, and delivery partners. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously. Proficiency in using logistics software, spreadsheets, and email communication. Knowledge of transportation and delivery processes is a plus.
