Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Login Department team at Ruloans Distribution Services Private Limited. The position is based in Vasai Virar. Responsibilities include verifying and reviewing loan applications, ensuring documentation completeness, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and banking partners. The role also involves maintaining and managing records of all processed applications, as well as delivering high-quality support to clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in process management, document verification, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, in-house teams, and partners
• Knowledge of financial products such as loans and credit cards
• Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance
• Proficient in computer applications and familiarity with digital tools like loan management systems
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
