Location Recovery Manager

You will be responsible for the following in the role of Location Recovery Manager: - Creating a team of dedicated, aggressive, and ambitious Collection Team Managers & Collection Executives. - Motivating the existing team members to deliver their best performance. - Efficiently controlling debtors through your team. - Ensuring quality service to customers through your team. - Focusing on improving portfolio performance in the respective location. - Managing NPAs efficiently in the respective location/s. - Adhering to the bank's processes and procedures. - Developing both direct and indirect team members. - Ensuring that service providers follow the organization's policy parameters when directly interacting with customers on our behalf. - Maintaining good professional relationships with all in the branch. Additionally, you will need to plan innovative strategies for reducing NPAs to ensure a quality portfolio.
