Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To create a team of dedicated aggressive and ambitious team of Collection Team Managers & Collection Executive.
To motivate the existing TEAM members to deliver to their potential.
To Control Debtors efficiently through his team
To Ensure Quality Service to Customers through his team
To focus on Improving Portfolio Performance in the respective Location.
To Manage NPAs efficiently in respective location/s. Disbursement.
To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
To Ensure development of direct and indirect team
To ensure our Service Providers follow the Orginisations policy Parameters, when directly interacting with customers on our Behalf.
To maintain good Professional relationship with all in the Branch.
To plan innovative strategies for reduction of NPAs, so as to ensure Quality Portfolio

Preferred candidate profile

Marketing Centric Mindset
Willing to Take challenges and responsibility
Should have the ability to convince the customer for our terms and conditions
Should be able to coordinate effectively with all functions.
Should Ensure MOPP is followed efficiently.
Ensure All Audit, Moral and Ethical requirements are met by his team
